How To Treat Depression Naturally

Trough my experienced of taking care my stroke wife for more 15 years. I was attack by depression after third year caring my wife Daily Living Needs. (DLN). This task is very tuff and need to focus to be able fulfill the caring of stroke patient and also to take care of her emotionally need.  At first I feel OK to faces all the challenge, pain and sorrow of caring stroke patient whose too sensitive, emotional, depressed, likely to cry and always moody and helpless. 

To cure depression by self healing treatment is by doing the follow  activities:
Sometimes depression is a symptom of something circumstantial in your life, rather than biochemical imbalances. Does our job require us to sell out your integrity every day? Have you. been unable to admit that you need to end your marriage? Are you feeling spiritually disconnected or sexually restless? Are you suffering from creative blocks? Is your body failing you? Are you facing financial ruin? Be honest with yourself about what might be off-killer in your life, and make an effort to get to the root of why you might be feeling depressed. When  you know the root or cause the depression should try to readjust your self to ease the problem.

Some time by move our body. Exercise releases happy-making endorphins, which act like natural anti-depressants.
Be discipline our self not to skip a meal, schedule meal will keep our blood sugar stable that can reduce mood swing..

Eating habit also can help.   Eat a serotonin-enhancing diet. Many anti-depressants like Prozac act by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin by receptors in the brain, thereby increasing serotonin levels. But we can increase our brain's serotonin levels by eating foods that can boost our serotonin levels naturally. Serotonin-enhancing foods include:

1.    Foods high in omega-3 fatty acids (such as wild salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel, and anchovies, which are even higher in omega-3 fatty acids than other fish)
2.   Healthy fats like coconut oil.
3.   Eat a high protein diet, especially proteins high in tryptophan, like free range turkey
Try to avoid caffeine, which reduces serotonin levels. If you need an energy boost consume sappliment that less caffeine contain. 

Try to expose our body  to sunlight, which can boost mood and increase Vitamin D levels. If we live somewhere that gets little sun, invest in a therapeutic light box.
Meditate or try guided imagery. Meditation's effects on mood are well documented. Settling your mind can lift your mood, in addition to a whole host of other health benefits. To meditate myself by perform pray at mid night. This one of the way we focus our mind that everything happen in our life is plan by the Creator of Universe – God Allah. Any event happening is planned by God four our best and capable to handle by us. 

Try to get your hormones balanced. If your thyroid, adrenal or sex hormones are out of whack, your mood can get all wonky. See a good integrative medicine doctor and ask them to order and interpret the tests (Thyroid gland tests, Adrenal gland tests;  Sex hormone test.
Make efforts to bolster your mental health by being more authentic in all aspects of your life. Be sure our daily life must strictly follow the law and order was laid down by The Creator of the universe God Allah. He impose all the law in our life in the world is to guide us to be a good person and always happy living with the mercy of Allah. 

Another healing process I was experience that can reduced my depression is by reciting Quran as a daily routine. Among the verses of Quran that is very helpful to release depress are Al – Baqarah ( The Cow). Ar – Rahman; al Jiin,  These verses of Quran will be able to shield our body from be attack by Syaitan.  Thus syaitan will get to our body trough blood vain and vessel. Syaitan will influence our mind and soul to follow his instruction to do thing which against the teach of Islam. By doing the wrong thing that are forbidden finally we will be get the sins and lastly will be punish to the heel by the God Allah in hereafter.
