TIPS TO BE HAPPY
1.
Give Thanks:
At most to give thanks to the Creator of universe (Allah)
whose provide us all the facilities for our life ( air, water, food, clothes ,
happy living, health etc.)
“Happy people aren’t
smarter or richer than their peers, but they are more grateful and often have
these characteristics.”
2. Focus on Physical Activity:
Be a healthier person, whose always active with various activities, such as
walking, swimming , running, praying, jogging, Doing house wife duty at home.
The active physical activity will make your brain keep on thinking effectively.
It will release your stress and depression.
“You don’t need to run
marathons to reap the benefits of exercise. Even short workouts release certain
brain chemicals that create feelings of joy and contentment.”
3. Eat Feel-Good Foods:
Change your habit of eating, don’t eat by schedule but eat
only when you are hungry and stop eating before you are kenyang. Eat a lot of
fresh fruit and vegetable. Source of food must be “halal” from your own pocket
money, not a stealing food. Eat the food that your most like it. Enjoy eating
is one of the way to release tension.
While there’s no
"happiness diet," some foods -- like Thanksgiving turkey -- can give
your mood a lift and may help ward off depression.
4. Snuggle Up
Always hanging up with your spouse, body touching and feel
loving will produce good hormone that will be boost up your energy and esteem
happiness.
Touching and hugging
can release your body’s natural “feel-good hormone.” Plus, sex and intimacy can
boost your self-esteem and happiness, among other health perks.
5. Give Back
Be a habit to give back of what your are receiving. More you
give back the more Allah will bring back to you. Give to the poor and needs
people Allah will double or triple your income by the un known way.
As little as 2 hours
of volunteering a week can give you that happy glow known as the “helper’s
high.”
6. Tune In
Music or sound of Quran reciting will provide an emotional
pick-me-up. The most effective sound vibration that can be as brain tonic by
hearing of Quran Reciting by Hafiz. Sound of Quran can heal a lot of dieses.
The tune of classical music will provide an emotional stability and boost to your
self esteem.
Listening to music can
provide an emotional pick-me-up, but choose wisely. Some songs may bring you
down.
